Uchi Mata (inner thigh throw)
Groundwork - Demonstrate
Hadaka Jime (naked strangle) and escape
Ude Hishigi Juji Gatame (cross armlock)
Ude Hishigi Juji Gatame (cross armlock) applied as Uke tries to escape from Okuri Eri Jime (sliding collar strangle)
Tate Shiho Gatame (lateral four quarters hold) to and from Kata Gatame (scarf hold)
Ude Hishigi Juji Gatame (cross armlock) applied as Uke tries to escape from Hadaka Jime (naked strangle)
Okuri Eri Jime (sliding collar strangle) and escape
Contest: Win by Wazari or Ippon only
Minimum 3 wins against own grade & gender. Against own age group where possible.
