Pilates @ Barnet Judo

Pilates is a method of exercise that is not just for those trying to improve a bad back or rehabilitate an injury, its become one of the most popular ways for everyone from the couch potato to the elite athlete to strengthen and tone their abdominals and back. Pilates promotes wellness & relaxation through its mind body connection, encourages better posture and flexibility, allowing you to move more freely and safeguarding yourself against injury in the future. Pilates become the buzz word in gyms throughout the country simply because of its gentle approach to using muscles that we are often unaware how to use effectively.

Barnet Judo runs its own in-house pilates class for club members and non-members every Tuesday evening at Lyonsdown Hall from 8:15pm - 9:15pm. Cost is £7.50 a session but paid in blocks of 6. Class numbers are limited for optimum results.

Barnet Judo pilates is run by Caroline Lovett OCR level 3 pilates matwork & equipment teacher with Pilates Training Solutions and a Reps level 3 award instructor with 20 years experience.
